ELABORATION:

Selection in the vineyard. Cold pre-fermentative maceration of whole grapes, keeping at a low temperature during partial destemming and vatting. Maceration of skins for 7 days in stainless steel. Racking. MLF. Racking and rounding in tank for 11 months. Ageing in the bottle for more than 6 months.
