Straw yellow coloured and very bright, with greenish gleams, and glycerol consistency.
Medium hey intensity aromas, white flowers, fennel, small season stone fruits, litchis, peach notes, balsamic and spring water. Tasty, fresh, unctuous and structured. Exotic fruits scents, grapefruit, fresh herbs, mint and a perfectly integrated acidity and a final long taste.

Grape selection in vineyard. Cold maceration of whole grape grains. Pneumatic pressing and musts separation. Naturally strained. Fermented at low temperature in stainless steel tanks. Stabilized for 9 months in vats until it´s bottled in june-july.
